• Lots of room for children to run around, cycle and play (please bring your own toys, bikes and games as we are unable to offer our guests playground equipment)

• Open fires are NOT allowed. You are welcome to have a BBQ as long as you use it responsible with your own BBQ stand which elevates the bottom of the BBQ at least 6 inches above the grass and to not leave it unattended and fully extinguish it after use
