Porthclais Campsite Cancellation Policy

We understand that sometimes plans change. If you need to cancel your booking at Porthclais Campsite, you are welcome to do so subject to the following cancellation policy.

Cancellations

If you cancel your booking, we do not offer cash or card refunds. Instead, the full value of your cancelled booking will be held as credit towards a future stay at Porthclais Campsite.

Your credit can be used towards another available booking and is subject to our usual availability and booking conditions.

Changing Your Booking

If your plans change, please contact us as soon as possible. Where possible, we may be able to move your booking to alternative dates rather than cancel it.

No-Shows

If you do not arrive for your booking and have not contacted us to cancel beforehand, your booking will be treated as a no-show and no credit will be issued.

Cancellations by Porthclais Campsite

In the unlikely event that we need to cancel your booking and are unable to offer suitable alternative dates, you will be given the choice of transferring the full amount paid to a future booking or receiving a full refund.

Using Your Credit

Credit is linked to the person who made the original booking and cannot be exchanged for cash.
